Visa for The Netherlands
If you are coming to the Netherlands you should always check if you need a visa and, if so, what type of visa. Find out how to apply for a visa and how to track the status of your application.
Keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and may vary depending on nationality and time of year. We recommend applicants to initiate their applications early enough to ensure its validation before travelling.
The process may take longer in certain countries, so please check the information from your nearest Dutch embassy or consulate. For a list of Dutch embassies and consulates please click here.
Official Letter of Invitation
The Organizers are NOT responsible for arranging visas. However, should you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact the Congress Secretariat via firstname.lastname@example.org. This letter is meant only to verify the name, dates, location and purpose of the event to obtain a visa or travel funds. This letter is in no way a commitment to the participant on the part of the organizing committee. The organizers will not provide any financial support.
