Refund policy

 

The registration fee is €650,- per person for an Early Bird ticket and €750,- per person for a Late Bird ticket. Early Bird registration expired: 1 May 2023.

This price, both Early Bird and Late Bird tickets, includes coffee, tea, lunches, welcome reception, dinner and a digital abstract book. 

You can register here on the website of the 18th Forum: www.lbpforum2023.com until 29 August 2023. 
Cancellation of your registration is possible before 1 August, 2023 (full refund minus €75,- handling fee). 
In case of cancellation after 1 August 2023, no refund is possible.
